    Nice hotel with great internet access, 24-hour reception, and a lovely spa. The staff even helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. Romina's assistance was excellent! I'm coming back for Christmas!

    The staff were professional, the breakfast was large. Comfortable bed, fantastic and quiet room. Bonus point for a safe, tea and coffee making equipment, and a writing desk. Quick check-in and late check-out, parking on site.

    Beautiful chandelier in the lobby.

    The hotel is in a state of disrepair. The bath was lukewarm at best, indicating they cannot run hot water properly. It's unacceptable for a hotel to neglect such fundamental amenities.

    A comfortable retreat in Shenzhen

    The beds were comfortable. The location was vibrant, with several interesting spots nearby, and the staff were genuinely helpful.

    The hotel showed signs of wear, with some areas needing maintenance. The lack of hot water , even if it was just for one night.
